What is pearl germ rice?
Our pearl germ rice has undergo high technology to remove rice husk from the rice and left not less than 15% bran layer on each rice.
As such, each of the pearl germ rice has lower rice husk contains which reduce bloating and stomach discomfort issue,
but retain maximum nutrient value such as high level of vitamin B, unsaturated fatty acids, phytol, dietary fibre, minerals and more.

How to prepare?
To make porridge, prepare the pearl germ rice with water in 1:10 ratio
To cook as rice, prewash the germ rice 1-2 times.  Can add some vegetables or meat to cook together in a rice cooker or steam for approx. 40min, as per normal rice cooking step.
You may soak the rice for 30min before cook for better taste.
