- All of our products are ready stocks unless stated otherwise. Size and colour are stated clearly in the product description. Please check before purchase.
- All confirmed orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days, depending to courier status unless stated otherwise.
- Delivery usually is within 1-3 working days (Semenanjung Malaysia) or 5-7 working days (Sabah/Sarawak) after confirmed payment.
- A tracking number will be provided to buyers within 24 hours after confirmed payment. Buyers can keep track of the order through the relevant courier websites or at tracking.my.
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, excluding public holidays and weekend.
- Please note that we currently only deliver to East & West Malaysia with postage fees.
